This 6” blade boning knife has just the right balance between stiffness and flexibility while retaining the same full hardness of all our chef knives. Made from Nitro-V stainless steel, the Desert Ironwood, Turquoise and Black Richlite, hand made mosaic pins, lanyard hole and Red G10 liner make up the handle. Kydex blade guard included.
