Kitchen Saber

This kitchen saber is our go-to 8” chef knife. Designed for pros and home cooks alike, this knife is ground more thin than commercially available knives and is made from Nitro-V stainless steel and features a G-10 handle with carbon fiber pins.  The cutting edge is 8” long, 12.5” overall. Brass bolster and figured desert ironwood with blue liner.
