This cleaver is forged from leaf spring steel (5160) and features a Black Ash burl handle and mosaic pins with green liner. This blade has an 8” cutting edge 3 1/8” tall and 12 1/2” overall. This is a very heavy, thick traditional al American style meat cleaver. The hole is punched and drifted in the forging process rather than drilled.
