Shipping Policy

Our products are hand made and as such may take longer than our larger competitors to ship. We try to only represent on the website items that are complete and ready to ship. From time to time, high volume can create lead time but we always strive to keep the delays down to a few days at most.  We reserve the right to ship with our choice of carrier while honoring or exceeding the price point of the customer's paid shipping. Once shipped, the package is the responsibility of the carrier and once delivered, the package is the responsibility of the customer.
