Introduction to Knife Making Class
In the Introduction to knife making class we will focus on the fundamentals of what makes a great knife. From steel type and heat treat to shaping and finishing techniques, we will set the student up with the basic knowledge base and hands on learning experience to get started in bladesmithing. This is a stock removal class and is blade only because of the limitation of time. A cord wrap handle can be applied at the class or students can add their own handle at home.
Drop Point Hunter Class
In the two day drop point hunter class, attendees will learn about and make their own knife. All materials and tools will be provided as well as take home info on basic knife making techniques and helpful information.
Forged Knife Class
This will be a two day class in which students will forge a knife from scratch, heat treat, grind and install handle scales. A kydex sheath will be made for each knife.
