Go Mai Chef’s Knife

This chef’s knife is made from mild steel cladding over a high carbon core with a layer of nickel in between.  The wah-style handle features an asymmetrical grip (favoring right-handers) and is made from desert ironwood with a corian bolster and black liner/spacer.  Weighing 9oz with a 9” cutting edge and 14” overall length.
